Staff friendly and helpful. All aspects of the hotel very clean and well presented.
Disappointed with the location of the hotel, it was somewhat off the beaten track. The roads around the hotel were rough cobbles resulting in excessive noise from passing traffic. I booked a room with a city view, I was very disappointed as we had a view into some private dwellings and their gardens opposite the hotel, beyond which was some old, uninteresting, drab commercial buildings. Dogs from the private dwellings continuous barking during the day. Very little variety with the breakfast on offer each morning.

Great staff and hotel service
Great staff and very friendly. Great advices on where to dine downtown. Due to last minute change in meetings I had to leave early but wanted to stay on for an extra day. In my hasty departure I left a pair of pants in the closet in the room. reception contacted me later and arranged to forward them to me in Ireland at no charge. That's what I call great service.
Hotel was further from downtown that I thought but taxis were cheap.
